TubesT is a professional 3D nesting software designed for tube and sectional steel laser cutting. It automatically generates machinable toolpaths based on imported part drawings.
While ensuring production safety and cutting efficiency, TubesT optimizes material usage by nesting parts onto tubes in the most economical way. It also assigns the cutting sequence for each toolpath and finally outputs the machinable file to the cutting machine for processing, as shown below.
| Create Drawings (CAD Software) | Generate Toolpaths (Nesting Software) | Actual Machining (Cutting Software) | |
| Tube Cutting Machine | SolidWorks, UG (Siemens NX), Tekla and other CAD software | TubesT | TubePro |
| Sectional Steel Cutting Machine | SolidWorks, UG (Siemens NX), Tekla and other CAD software | TubesT-H | FACut-H |
The overall workflow is shown below:
Import/draw parts → Set up technique → Correct parts (toolpath editing) → Nest & Sort → Export for processing.
The description of the main interface is shown as below:
| Location | Function | Detailed Tutorial |
| Title Bar |
Displays the file name, software name, software version and license type.
