TubesT - Quick Start Guide

Ⅰ. What is TubesT?

TubesT is a professional 3D nesting software designed for tube and sectional steel laser cutting. It automatically generates machinable toolpaths based on imported part drawings.

While ensuring production safety and cutting efficiency, TubesT optimizes material usage by nesting parts onto tubes in the most economical way. It also assigns the cutting sequence for each toolpath and finally outputs the machinable file to the cutting machine for processing, as shown below.

Create Drawings (CAD Software) Generate Toolpaths (Nesting Software) Actual Machining (Cutting Software)
Tube Cutting Machine SolidWorks, UG (Siemens NX),  and other CAD software TubesT TubePro
Sectional Steel Cutting Machine SolidWorks, UG (Siemens NX), Tekla and other CAD software TubesT-H FACut-H

Ⅱ. How to use?

1. Main Workflow

The overall workflow is shown below:

Import/draw parts → Set up technique → Correct parts (toolpath editing) → Nest & Sort → Export for processing.

2. Main Interface

The description of the main interface is shown as below:
