    Accurately measure the corner location in the process of positioning, and automatically calculate torch angle and position, adaptively regulate speed in fillet welding and avoid corner burning.Support the horizontal fillet welding & auto vertical-up fillet welding.

    Each welding pass is available for separate technique setting. With BOCHU 3D 5-axis intelligent bevel control system, to achieve better bevel processing quality and ensure the full penetration stably.

  • Arc Tracking

    Self-developed arc tracking algorithm that is available to realize low swing movement in 1mm, and achieves the industry-leading high precision up to 1mm in dealing with thermal deformation of thin sheet and non-liner seam welding.

  • Technique Database

    Developed by experienced technique R&D team, the software comes with the built-in technique database which supports external import of technique package.

  • Auto Generate Drawing

    Support one-click toolpath generation of H beam and traveling beam, up within 30 seconds quick programing, and automatically assign the technique by material thickness and welding position.

    1:1 simulate welding and travel path, and track the production progress in real time.
