TubesT - Nesting Results Panel (2026V2 and Later)

Ⅰ. Overview

After nesting is completed, the nesting results are displayed in the Nesting Results Panel. You can view the nesting information for each tube and perform operations such as locking, clearing, and sorting the nesting results. This tutorial describes how to view and manage nesting results.

Ⅱ. How to Use

1. Viewing Nesting Information

You can view the nesting status, quantity of single-piece parts, tube length, remaining length, utilization and other information.

2. Quick Operations

The Nesting Results Panel provides several quick operations. Right-click a blank area to open the shortcut menu and perform the following operations:

(1)Export Nesting File/Task Package

Right-click the Nesting Results Panel and select Export Nesting File or Export Task Package as needed. You can then specify the export scope: Current, Selected, or All. The differences between the two export options are as follows (using All as an example):

Notice: If the exported file is in the correct format but is not recognized by the cutting software, the version of TubePro or FACut-H may be older than that of TubesT. You can update the cutting software to the latest version to resolve the issue.

(2)Lock/Unlock

①When continuing the nesting process, you can lock nesting results that you do not want to be re-nested. Locked nesting results will not be re-nested even if Clear the previous nesting results is selected on the nesting interface.

②When you no longer need to keep a nesting result locked, you can unlock it.

(3)Reverse All

Reverses the entire nesting result.

Notice: To reverse only some parts in a nesting result, double-click the part in the nesting result, and then click Reverse Part in the pop-up box.

(4)Sort

        • Supports sorting tubes by Utilization from highest to lowest or from lowest to highest.
        • Supports sorting tubes by Tube Length from longest to shortest or from shortest to longest. (Added in 2026V2)

Ⅲ. FAQ

1. How to use machining task packages opened in TubePro?

When opened in TubePro, the Production Plan page automatically appears, displaying processed count and total count for each nesting result. After reaching the scheduled count, it automatically switches to the next nesting result.

Notice: For TubePro v7.15.145.2 and above, the production plan panel supports width adjustment, hiding, vertical screen adaptation, and count clearance. Additionally, saved *.zzx files retain the processed count.
