    BOCHU proprietary industry-leading arc tracking algorithm delivers ultra-precise welding, even when the torch weaving amplitude is set to only 1 mm. Therefore, it ensures high welding precision on thermally deformable thin plates and non-linear welds, with error within 1 mm.

    Builds a full-scale welding workstation, synchronizes processing data in real time, and performs proactive collision detection in advance.

  • Quick Calibration

    Rapid hand-eye calibration and TCP calibration restore machining accuracy, minimize downtime and labor input, and deliver consistent premium welding results.

  • Box Column Groove Self-Adaptation

    Intelligently compensates for component assembly deviations, and dynamically adapts to uneven groove widths.The system conducts self-adaptive adjustment for weld seams with inconsistent groove widths, stabilizing welding forming results.

  • Expert Procedure Libraries

    Integrates mature welding procedure libraries, which is easy to copy and export. Fully supports diversified groove types and multi-layer and multi-pass welding. Independent parameter setting for each weld pass enables full penetration welding for plates up to 50 mm.

    Allows offline programming for Workbench B while Workbench A is in operation. Seamless dual-bench switching maximizes equipment utilization and overall production efficiency.
