TubesT - Manual Nest

Ⅰ. Overview

 

Auto Nest can meet the general nesting requirements. However, there are special occasions that Auto Nest cannot process. TubesT provides you with Manual Nest for these situations.

 

 

Ⅱ. How to use

 

1. Where to access

 

(1)If your TubesT's version is 7.1.35 or higher, you may access it as shown below:

 

 

(2)If your TubesT version is 7.1.31 or lower, you may access by clicking the icon below: 

 

 

2. Procedures

 

(1)Click Add new tube for manual test at the top of the part list, and you will enter the Manual Nest interface.

 

(2)Set the parameters for manual nesting, and select the Section type and Co-edge Type.

The parameters are the same as those in Auto-Nest. Please configure them according to the actual situation.

 

 

(3)After clicking OK, the blank tube will be successfully created. Click the parts to sort, and click Add selected parts to the tube

 

 

(4)After the parts are nested, you can also adjust them manually. 

For adjustments, refer to  TubesT - Part Rotation, Reverse, Move Forward and Backward .
