TubesT - How to enable beveling

I. Introduction

If you want to bevel cutting, you need to enable bevel configuration in the software first.

For the pipe cutting machine with a bevel cutting head, the bevel effect of the part can be cut out by swinging the cutting head, only when this model imports the file, the bevel process is required, and the ordinary pipe cutting machine should not be checked.

II. Usage Method

Click the pinion icon in the upper left corner of the software, and in [User Parameters] - [Machine Configuration], check [Bevel Cutting Head].

【A-axis Tilt  Limit】: 45° is recommended. This is because the maximum swing angle of the A-axis on the machine is ±45°. If there is any difference, you can confirm with the equipment manufacturer and fill in the real value.

【A-axis Swing length】: measure the pendulum length on the machine tool, and fill in the real/approximate pendulum length. This value is only displayed correctly during the simulation and does not affect the actual nesting and machining.
