Ⅲ. FAQs

1. Why the file format is correct, but the cutting software still fails to open the file?

Reason: The version of the cutting software (TubePro or CypTube) is older than the nesting software TubesT.

Solution: Upgrade the cutting software. Refer to The version of TubesT corresponding to TubePro.

2. How to select nesting results in the nesting result column?

Mouse operation: Check the checkbox to select a single result or all items.

Keyboard operation:

      • Ctrl + Click: Selects a single item.
      • Shift+Click: Selects multiple consecutive items.

3. How to use machining task packages opened in TubePro?

When opened in TubePro, the Production Plan page automatically appears, displaying processed count and total count for each nesting result. After reaching the scheduled count, it automatically switches to the next nesting result.

Notice: For TubePro v7.15.145.2 and above, the production plan panel supports width adjustment, hiding, vertical screen adaptation, and count clearance. Additionally, saved *.zzx files retain the processed count.
