TubesT - Cloud Parts Library

Ⅰ. Overview

In TubesT, when the same part drawing needs to be nested at different locations, you can upload the parts to the Cloud Parts Library.

The required parts are then imported by using an Excel file that contains the part IDs and numbers.

Before you begin:

      • Your computer must be connected to the Internet.

      • You must log in using an email account.

      • The dongle must also be logged in using the same email account.

Ⅱ. How to use

1. Enable the Cloud part library Feature

Before you start, please enable Cloud part library in More Options → User Settings → User Habits → File Import.

Once enabled, the Cloud part library feature will appear in the function panel on the left side of the TubesT window.

2. Upload Parts to the Cloud

Parts that are drawn in TubesT or imported from external files can be updated to the Cloud Parts Library.

        • If no parts are selected in the parts list, all parts in the list will be uploaded by default.

        • If specific parts are selected, only the selected parts will be uploaded.

3. Import from Cloud Part Library

Parts uploaded to the Cloud Parts Library can be imported in two ways: import by selection and import via Excel.

        • Import by selection

Click Import from Cloud Part Library, select the required parts from the list, and click Add to import them.

        • Import via Excel

1) Click Excel Import (you can also click Download Excel template to get a template file).

The part ID in the Excel file must match the ID in the Cloud Parts Library. You can set or modify the part

quantity in the Excel file.  After opening the file, TubesT will automatically match the parts.

           2) Click Yes.

The parts will be automatically imported into the parts list on the left side of TubesT.

This feature is easy to use and highly efficient.

It is especially suitable for users who frequently lose USB drives, are concerned about file corruption or virus risks on local

computers, or repeatedly process the same part drawings.
