When we import a drawing, there will be the function of Small Graphic Replacement in the pre-preprocessing interface.
Small Graphic Replacement is divided into Auto replace small graphic and Replace small circles only.
In cases where customers need to make small holes or mark a point for positioning, they actually only need to drill holes there, not to cut a small circle. Therefore, a function is needed to replace the small circle with a single point, so that drilling can be done.
Replace small circles only, as the name suggests, only the small circle within the specified range will be replaced.
Auto replace small graphic means manually entering the judgment criteria for small graphics in Graphic size. Graphics within the range will be replaced;
After replacement, you can choose to replace it with a dot or a cross, and you can also select their Production mode, Process 1 or marking. When certain holes are not cut, this function can use a cross to mark position.
If it is not set up correctly in pre-processing settings, you can replace graphics after entering Drawing Processing interface.
When the part comes in, it is automatically identified as part. You need cancel part first to make it in the drawing status. Select the contour needs replacing, and the Graphic replacement function will be activated; you can choose to replace it with circle, point or cross, or you can replace slit to line.
Tips: Replace Slit to Line
Replace slit to line means that a very narrow slit can be turned into a line. There is a bending line in user's drawing, however, the user has drawn it like a groove. During the cutting process, to meet the part size, compensation is needed adding to the part. But when the compensation value is multiplied by 2, the narrow slit cannot be compensated, causing the part to be unable to bend. So the function of replacing narrow slit with line has been added. Only when the actual slit width is less than the set value and the actual slit depth is greater than the value can lead to a successful replacement.
