Merge Same Parts

Function Background

Some users will draw the same number of parts as the ones they need on the drawing. For example, you need 10 rectangular parts of size 10*10 and draw 10 identical rectangles of the same size in CAD. When importing them into CypNest, the software will identify 10 kinds of identical parts (as shown below). You can use Merge same parts function to solve the problem.

 

Operation Methods and Precautions

1. Click [Import Parts from Drawings (recommended) ] to enter the Drawing Processing interface.

 

2. If the situation is similar to the above, you can click [Merge same parts].

3. The merged parts are the same parts filled in blue. Their shape, size, layer, and text parameters are all exactly same, ignoring start point, tool path direction, and technique.
