Origin and Limit
To set the direction, speed and sampling signal in returning origin process.
enable the function, in CypCut main program will not allow operator to turn off software limit protection. To the contrary, if not check this option, in CypCut main
program there will be an option for user to select if turns on/off soft limit function.
enable the function, each time open CypCut will prompt a dialog box to inform operator execute return origin operation to reset coordinate system.
enable the function, each time open CypCut will prompt a warning of return origin, it exists as an alarm and not allow operator for other operations until
machine return origin.
X/Y return origin direction decides coordinate quadrant after return origin. For example, if select X and Y both in negative direction return origin, then result in first coordinate.
Origin signal is to select sample limit switch signal or origin switch signal in return origin.
Limit logic is to set triggered polarity of switch sensor is normal-open or normal-close, CypCut support NPN type limit switch.
Z-phase signal is to set if sample Z-phase signal in return origin. Origin is of higher precision sampling Z-phase signal in return origin.
High speed applied in the coarse positioning of origin switch.
Low speed applied in the fine positioning of origin switch.
Rollback is the distance machine steps back after located origin to keep mechanic zero point away from origin switch a little.
