When using the Auto Nest function, you may find that some parts remain unnested after the nest process. Here are the steps to troubleshoot this problem:

Operation Steps:

1.Part:

Check the part selection status in the Part List on the left side: If certain parts are checked, only the checked parts will be included in the nest process.To nest all available parts, ensure that no parts are checked in the list. Or directly select the option All Parts in the List in the Auto Nest parameters.

 

 

2.Plate:

（1）Click the Auto Nest button on the main nesting page and verify the plate selection setting: If the option Current is selected, change it to Plate List.

 

（2）Click Nest Task Settings and check the plate usage status: confirm whether the number of plates already used has reached the preset quantity limit. If the limit has been hit, increase the value of the quantity to add more plates for nesting.
