Function Description

Add label information to parts in CypNest, and then you can realize the effect of spraying "labels" or galvanometer marking on parts with the inkjet system or galvanometer marking machine installed on the cutting machine.

Operation Steps

1.Add a new template.

2.Add rows and label content as needed.

3.Adjust the size of the label content box and set label font.

Parameter Description

• Add Row: Add a new row of labels.

• Delete Row: Delete the selected label row.

• Add QR Code: Add a QR code image.

• QR code content supports binding multiple fields. Click [Select Field] to call the basic fields and extended fields of the part. You can check multiple fields at the same time and adjust the field order by moving up or down.

• Add Bar Code: Add a barcode image (the content is custom-set).

• Dynamic Text: Add part name and material information (you can call the extended part information as well, which needs to check the below option in CloudNest).

• Static Text: Customize static text content.

• Delete: Delete the selected label content.

• Label Direction: Set the display direction of the label to horizontal or vertical (along x-axis or y-axis).

• Minimum gap to contours: Set the distance between the label box and the part contour.

• Location: Decide the label position on the part (Middle, Upper left, Upper right, Lower left, Lower right).

• Fixed Height: After checking, the width of label is fixed at 12.7 (consistent with the height of the inkjet machine).

• Row Height: When "Fixed Height" is not checked, the label row height (i.e., the height of the white box) can be customized.

• Sub Row: Add a sub-row attribute based on the original row concept to divide the original row into multiple sub-rows evenly. For example, if the row number is 1 and the sub row number is 3, the labels in a row can be set across sub rows. The height of each sub row = label row height ÷ number of sub rows.

• Max Length: When not checked, the label length (maximum length of the white box) is displayed according to the length of the longest label content; when checked, it is displayed according to the set value.

• Font: Set the font style of the label.

• Size: Set the text size.

• Width: Scale the font width by percentage.

• Vertical Align: Set the vertical align effect (Top, Middle, Bottom).

• Clear Added Labels: After checking, the previously added labels will be cleared first, and new labels will be added according to the current parameters; if not checked, the original labels will be retained, and labels will only be added to parts without labels.
