BLT9 Series

BLT9100MA is a dual-spot intelligent cutting head developed for high-power applications. It not only enhances the quality and efficiency of air-assisted cutting for thin/thick plates but also provides a wider tuning range for oxygen-assisted cutting processes by supporting the switching between 2.0x and 4.0x spot sizes. Consistent cutting results are achieved by leveraging automatic centering and cutting path monitoring capabilities, resulting in a significant reduction in labor costs and operational difficulties.

  • Variable Beam Shape

    Switching between 2.0x and 4.0x spot size, high power cutting of both thin and thick plates with either air or oxygen. Cutting efficiency and quality are enhanced altogether.

  • Auto Centering

    Quick centering greatly improves efficiency while reducing errors caused by manual operations. Simultaneously, by collecting molten pool image, the laser beam will be automatically adjusted in real-time if any coaxial deviation detected, ensuring consistent cutting quality.

  • Cutting Path Monitoring

    The temperature drift issue is addressed, and intelligent focus adjustment is performed in real-time during the process by cutting path monitoring, ensuring consistency in cutting quality over extended periods.
